Does anyone know if it is possible to disable or send an automated reply when in the office?
Here's the scenario.....we have a number of users who have a laptop and a Blackberry and when they get an email through their account it is automatically forwarded to their Blackberry as well causing some of them great distress during office hours as they get quite a lot of emails duplicated when there isn't any need.
What I am after is either being able to detect that the user is in the office and not forward the message to the Blackberry or an automated response saying that the email has been received [on the Blackberry] and will be replied to as soon as possible....hopefully you get the picture??
If anyone can offer some advise, it'll be greatfully received.
