Have you had a read through this thread: http://www.blackberryforums.com/show...&highlight=apn What have you got under your APN settings at the moment? |
read the thread yes, i read the thread and followed it to the letter. still can save the APN settings when i take the battery out to reboot, it reverts to the previous settings. thought i'd cracked this but i haven't wap.o2.co.uk o2wap password these are what are suggested and don't work. if i can get it to retain the settings i want to try:- internet web web did this on an o2 p910 and it solved my IM problems. what do you think? |

internet web web Note that these are not the settings quoted elsewhere on this forum for this carrier (and suggested by some 3rd party developers), but they're the only ones that worked for me. Like you, I had real trouble making these settings 'stick' on the Blackberry. It took god knows how many attempts, rebooting by removing the battery - suddenly just when I was ready to give up, it decided to work. |
Dustbin30 - you're the man Dustbin30, settings worked, thanks alot. |
i downloaded the trail version of verichat and i was able to connect to yahoo and msn, but i couldn't get aim to work, it states to check username and password for typos.....after many attempts i decided to reach out for some help....has anyone had this problem and was able to resolve.....i'm using ramble, but i'm only able to use 1 sign on, when i currently have two sign ons |
