Hello;

New to BB forums and a new BB user. I have the 8350i sprint nextel handset and everything was working well on the thing until I sync'd my address book from windows to the BB, now I get these uncaught exception messages everytime I dial a phone number and hang up. It seems to be causing sofware problems with the bluetooth stereo connection during deactivation and activation and also causes problems with my call log app: wont log telephone numbers I have placed calls to
1. This was the first message I repeatedly recieved; uncaught exception: java.lang.nullpointer

2. This is the current message I repeatedly recieve; uncaught exception: Index 5 >=5

Can anyone explain to me how to fix these problems in a step by step fashion that doesn't require a Masters in BB from MIT.

Have you tried removing the battery to reboot the device?
