I am connected to the BES of my company.

I want to configure yahoo mail via the following link on my BB:

blackberry.com/yahoo/mail

This link proposes a button. When I click on it, I get the following error message. Do you know why?

HTTP Error 500: Internal Server Error. An unexpected condition was encountered which prevented your request from being fulfilled. This could be caused by a problem with the gateway, a problem with the page itself. Please try loading a different page. Contact your service provider if this problem persists.

Sounds like an error on Yahoo's part. Some kind of down server message. And there is always the chance that an IT Policy on your Blackberry is blocking this action and will not let you configure an external email account on their BES. That is very common.

Can't you set it up thru your carries BIS page?
