Exclamation Aim (heeelp meeee)

Please Login to Remove!

I have been having issues with AIM pretty much since it's inception on the BB. So today I got the brilliant idea to delete the app and DL it again. Well, apparently that was a bad plan because now when i try to DL it again it says "Sorry, your session has expired. Please close all of your browser windows and then return to the welcome page to start again." I have tried restarting my phone, taking out the battery etc multiple times to no avail. Also, when I try to DL the app it doesnt look like a normal DL where it takes you to the white page with the blue button at the bottom that says "Download" its something different. Please help....as much as i complain about aim it really does make my life easier.

Ok, try clearing the cache and the history, pull the battery for about 30 seconds and then go back to mobile.blackberry.com and try again. See what happens.

That IS the way to go. JiveTalk is worth the $. If you plan on switching devices make sure to buy the user license so you can transfer it over to your new BB (when/if you get one)

And just so you can see how it is worth it, they give you a free 30 day trial before you purchase.

I have the same issue after wiping and loading the latest OS on my 8830. Tried changing browsers, wiping cache/cookies etc...all without success.
