Here is a curious problem i've been having. There are emails going to my blackberry that are not going to my microsoft outlook. I can't figure out if it is a blackberry problem or an outlook problem. All of the settings seem to be in order, for example, I have outlook set to keep a copy of messages on the POP3 server. Does anyone have any tips or suggestions to fix this. I'd appreciate it. Thank you!

Are they all going to just one email address? The first thing I thought when I read this was that some of them were perhaps going to your BB email addy.

You have outlook set to keep a copy on the POP3 server but do you have your Blackberry Web Client also set to keep a copy on the server? If not, and the Blackberry gets the mail first, Outlook will not get it.

when i log into the blackberry web client and go to option, it does not give me an option to keep a copy on the server. When I go to Help, it talks about email reconciliation. However it says that the blackberry will automatically reconcile with the blackberry acct, but not with my Internet Service Provider account. It gives no indication on how to fix this. Do I need to just forward all of my email to my blackberry account or what? I am completely frustrated.

On Blackberry Web Client, when setting up an email address for POP3 polling, there should be a box that you can check to "Leave Messages on Mail Server". If you are having mail forwarded to your bb from your mail server, you have to make sure that the mail server keeps the messages it is forwarding.
