Dear All,

Does anyone out there with a 7100x/7290 suffer from handset hanging problems? Eg. You're writing an email, but in the background the handset is performing a send/receive. Whilst this is happening, the handset hangs. Once the send/receive has completed, you can continue to type.

We are suffering from this quite frequently and it is starting to annoy some of our users.

BES4.0 Enterprise running.

Any advice would be appreciated.
