I seem to have no Blackberry service right now with my 7520. Is anyone else having problems?

What does your signal look like? If you have no BB service it will be GSM or NXTl

ok this is weird. I called Nextel this morning and was told my Nextel username (which is also my blackberry email address) did not exist in their system for the web client too. Which would explain why I was not getting any email. They said they had never seen this problem before, whereas an email accoun tjust mysteriously dissappeared from the system. They had to recreate my account and link it to my PIN and MEI numbers and I started receiving email again. strange.

It seems that it is a problem with just the specific tower that I am using at my office. When I go to lunch or home it's starts working again as soon as I get a couple of miles away. Tier 3 support opened a ticket and as of Tuesday, it's still hasn't been looked at. They claim a tech is going to do a drive by, but so far, nothing. Three full work days with out service. Yikes!

I have Nextel service in Houston and I use the 7520. Supposedly there was a Nationwide outage last week. I couldn't send/receive email or send/receive PIN messages. I had a capital NXT and a lower case l (IP). They deleted my web client, had me do a master reset, refreshed my BB, did a hard reset, and gave me a new IP. It's working now. Finally.

If there was a nationalwide outage, it didn't affect me nor any of my users. We have 7510s and 7520s.
