I finally got a BB. I am very excited. It was used on Cingular and I plugged in my Suncom Sim with my new account and every thing works great.... except

I cannot send SMS messages. Every time I try I get an error.. Unable to send - packet error. Anyone seen this and suggest anything.

Is the SIM card provisioned to be able to send SMS messages?

Yes, and it still works with my old Suncom phone and my wifes, so it must be something with the BB. I wonder if the new 4.0 beta software would help?
