Default Wiped Device and recreated BES account - still getting old users internet based mail.

Please Login to Remove!

This ones got me stumped. Story goes. Old user has set up his email onm the T-mob website (now cant remember how he did this). I got his old device. wiped, then upgraded to v4.5, straight away.

I set up as my device. His g-mail started coming through in my corporate mail.

So I blanked device again and deleted my bes account (so the whole thing was clean). Then it started doing it again!

Im picking that its something to do with the phones unique identifier, as nothing else is the same. Phone has a different number too.

Cheers
C

I would say welcome to the forums but you just waited a LONG time for your first post

He needs to log into his BIS account if he remembers the username/password and remove the account.

Or the account holder will need to contact T-Mobile and have them release the BIS account. The account is tied to the PIN of the device. It is not BES related.
