Default How do I change Active Pin in redirector?

Please Login to Remove!

I just replaced my blackberry storm after the first unit failed. I am using redirector to send emails to it from Outlook 2003. When I connecdted the new device I was able to sync and it shows the correct PIN under connected device, but the old PIN is still listed under Active device and it is still trying to forward emails there. How do I change the Active PIN Number on the desktop redirector?

Create a new Encryption Key, for that open the Desktop Manager, then go to e-mail settings, then click on Advance and change "Generate Keys automatically" to manualy and click on generate, then apply and that should change it.

That worked great. You truly are the Talking Blackberry Encyclopedia. Even my carrier didn't know how to fix it. Thanks for the help.
