I am migrating from an older BES to a new one. On the old one I've got 200 or so users. On the new BES I've just got the 20 user demo pack. I'm getting the RIM migration pack but until then, what will happen (besides me going to jail I suppose) if I try to exceed the 20 user limit on the trial BES.

I'm waiting for the migration pack as I mentioned but its being sent via mail (for some reason I cannot download it??)

You simply won't be able to activate a 21st Blackberry. Shouldn't be a problem unless it's allowed for some reason. Then RIM might send you a rather nasty bill for a higher number of user licenses.
