Hello! I have been trying to find info and searched multiple forums but no luck, hope you can help me
Sorry if I'm not clear but technical issues in foreign language are not easy and I don't really have support in my country...
I have a problem with my friend's email address. Some of the e-mails I send from my bb gmail account are delivered to him (I can see "D" sign next to the sent email and he confirms delivery) but some of them are not. There's no "D" sign and I know from him that he didn't receive anything. For this kind of emails I don't receive any failure notification, it appears in my inbox as sent just without "d" sign. Also on gmail website I don't have delivery notification e-mail like I do for those which have been successfully delivered.
I was trying to delete and recreate my account, I resent service books several times and pull out the battery but no luck.
I'm using BIS, BB 8300.
Have you ever had this kind of issue? I would be grateful for any help!!!
