| message status: transaction error - timeout Please Login to Remove! I am sorry if I am posting this in the wrong area, but this is my first post on BBF.
I have a client who have only 2 blackberry users using BESexpress and until last week everything was working well. Now users cannot receive or send email from their BB, instead they receive the above error message.
I have tried deleting the service book desktop CMIME and resnding the service book but this has not fixed anything.
The devices are both BB 7730.
The BES BB manager shows last forward/sent/contact time as 14/03/09 and IT policy applied successfully on 24/04/09.
Please can you advise what might be cauing this - do I suspect some sort of automatic update has happened within Microsoft Exchange/Windows server that could be causing it?
