Default Storm Syncing issues

Please Login to Remove!

I have a storm and when i go to sync in my DM a generic error report pops up. I have installed 4.7, 4.6 and 4.5 at different times trying to fix it. I have reinstalled outlook 2003. It wont allow me to choose my organizer options as it shuts down before it gets there. Any ideas. Error event type BEX.

Go under Documents and Settings / profile and delete the Blackberry folder under Application Settings.

Relaunch DM and it will rebuild the folder and should allow you to setup sync. If not you may have a corrupt profile. Delete and recreate that.
