We have 6 users on a BPS server for one of our clients. They all use Telus but one client who wants one of his email addresses forwarded to his Blackberry is having problems. I tried having it forward to his Blackberry but everytime I send an email to him it goes to his Outlook but it gives a bounceback when trying to contact his Blackberry. So, I logged into the BPS server and found that he is the only one out of the 6 that doesnt have his Active Carrier as Telus its set to Roaming and he also doesnt have a SIM ID but all other users do.
Is this why I cant forward anything to his Blackberry? Do I need to re-create his account for BIS? I'm a little confused as to why this is happeing.
We also have contacts setup in the Acitve Directory his the users Blackberries but I think those are old and were made prior to getting the BPS server. IF so, how can I find out what his new Blackebrry address is and how can I forward Rank Higher emails to his device? What am I doing wrong or what do I need to do? Anyone?
