Default question for desktop manager 4.6

Please Login to Remove!

Hello, im a newbie and had many problems using desktop manager 4.7 so i switched back to 4.6. Im quite happy with it just a few questions. How do i untick "delete all application data" and "erase all currently installed applications" since the tick box is greyed out. Basically i sell blackberries and just need to add few preffered languages via add/remove applications on the phone and dont need to backup or delete data since it is time consuming. Any help will be appreciated.

HH = Handheld.

You can remove applications you currently have on your device. You would need to install the same version OS that you currently have on your device.

You want to install .247 on your PC as well (if you don't already have it on your PC)

You can get it here.

I already have it installed on my PC. I called it OS while you called it HH. I guess its the same thing. I have already added languages on my Bold using DM 4.6. I just wanted to know a way i would just add the language and not erase data and applications with which the process takes 30 minutes instead of 8 minutes on DM 4.7. I started using DM 4.6 since 4.7 was giving me fatal error whenever i tried to add languages or applications.

The phrase used was HH software, which is hand held software, which is also the same as the OS on the device.

I guess we just have to wait for DM 4.8 which might solve fatal error problems. Any idea when it will be released?
