Ran into an issue today where one of our executives has a few calendar appointments that were canceled in outlook but did not come off the blackberry. I have done a battery pull which got the device to update some meetings that were not there yet. The canceled meetings still remain active on the blackberry. He does have a delegate who may have cancelled these but he has had this delegate for a while and this problem is new. Thx for any advice!

Unsure if you are on BES but I would resync the calendar. I recommend most execs here do this once a week as often their meetings are updated often and the BB sometimes will have a orphan depending on the workflow the primary / delegate flow.

Open Calander
Options
Locate Wireless Sync (depends on OS level)
Turn to from YES to NO
Save
Exit Calendar
Repeat steps and turn back to YES

Blackberry will ask if you want to resync. It should now reflect what is in Outlook.

If the users can create different accounts on their devices these calendar entries may have been created on his BB with an account other than the default. In that case it may not reconcile with Outlook.
