Default Unable to file messages

Please Login to Remove!

I have an 8820 with sw level 4.5.0.124. I am not use BES. When im in my messages I dont have the option to file a message, if i go into options I do have the option to hide filed messages. Also when I go to view folder i have sms and mms and browser and wap messages folders but none for email. Any ideas? Also went through the article I found on the blackberry support site to do a registry edit but the file wasnt there, also did a clear on the folder and folder id in backup/restore. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Only the BES has the option to file messages.. Only on BES can you view your email folders..

BIS does not have that functionality.

When your on a BES you have access to the folders you create in your email, and you can put your emails into folders from your Blackberry, keeps everything nice and organized
