Default Double contact entries on BB

Please Login to Remove!

One day out of no where I realized that I had double entries on all contacts on my blackberry. One boring weekend day, I sat and deleted all duplicates. The problem that I now have is that some of the contacts appear on my PC contact list, but a lot of them are deleted. How do I get them to reappear without going through the entire process of reloading each one in my PC contact list? I have to think that they are there somewhere, as when I type in a few characters of the contacts e-mail address, the suggested e-mail address appears, but does not show in my contact list.

On a separate issue, I just dropped my BB and I can receive e-mails but now all of the sudden, I can't send any. Every one that I send shows the red "X" that it didn't go through. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
