Default Where are my email addresses?

Please Login to Remove!

Just got the Blackberry Curve, and like it very much. But, I can't figure out how to load all my friends' email addresses onto it (I am an AOL prisoner). I have Outlook and I RECEIVE and REPLY TO emails w/o a problem. I just can't compose a new email without having to remember it or looking it up somewhere else (a big pain). Any advice is appreciated.

You can manually add email addresses by creating contacts in the Address book. Or, an easier way is when you get an email from someone, use the menu key and choose the option for Add to Address Book. Then you can add the name or whatever other info you want for the contact also.

I'd suggest you read the Help on your Curve, and the BlackBerryFAQ here. They will help you become familiar with all the functions and how-tos.

Welcome to BBF.

If your using BES, put all your email contacts on the contacts part of your outlook. It will be sync to your Blackberry device.

BES seems unlikely in this case (see "AOL" in the post). I'd recommend installing Desktop Manager and entering your contacts into Outlook. You can then sync them to your BB via USB. You'll need to sync and backup anyway.
