Please Login to Remove!
Can someone please help!!!
I can nolonger send or receive email from my BB pearl 8100.
i receive a red "X" with message ststus: service is blocked.

My signal reads EDGR i

i can use the web browser

Please help.

I hate that one....call your carrier. That's their issue to fix.

Verify, too, that you can/cannot send/receive PIN messages.

Do you have a Blackberry Data Plan? You may need to call your carrier and make sure it is there.

NO i cannot recive PIN Messages either

Give the carrier a call. Service Blocked is something they have to fix.
