Default Customer Service Can't Help, but I know there is a solution!!!

This mystery is beyond sprint/nextel's techinical support and it's quite irritating because I know there has to be a reason. If any of you could offer any help it would be greatly appreciated.

Problem:There are two 7520's on my account, one belonging to me and the other to my brother. I cannot send or receive email to or from an associates email account(an outlook account held by the dept. of education), while my brother's blackberry has no problem communicating back and forth with it. I've tried readjusting the settings in my web client to match his, changing my sent from and repy address to my home account, but nothing. When I try to send a message, I get an error saying that the email address does not exist. Here it is completely:

When my associate tries to email me, she gets a similar message, saying that my blackberry address does not exist.Since sprint took over, customer service for the blackberry has been of NO HELP, telling me that there is nothing they can do. I'm sure this can be cleared up because someone that has the same phone as me has no problem.

Are you able to send/receive email from other people/domain?

yes, this seems to be the only email that my blackberry won't work with
