You can have 1 but you can integrate up to 10 email accounts with BIS. The latter is the recommended approach. You can't take the BB email address with you if you switch carriers or switch away from the BB. There's also no web mail or other access. Further, if you start receiving spam there's no recourse other than to delete the address and create a different one.
