I have a Blackberry storm unlocked on FIDO network.

I subscribed to caller ID and any number that calls me even if there in my address book comes up "unknown". I have already tried disabling "content protection" in security options but it didnt work.

Any suggestionson how to fix this?

Are you sure your callers aren't blocking their outgoing caller ID?

yes i have tested with multiple people whos ID normally comes up. I was previously using a IPHONE and just switched to a BB storm. THe storm is unlocked and im using it on the Fido netwrok everything has worked perfectly except the caller id, any suggestions?

I get that but only on incoming cell phones from europe.

Fido has "CallerID with Name Display". The name display doesn't play nice with the Storm.

You have to get Fido to remove only the "Name Display" portion, but they probably won't do this because they don't support non-Fido phones.
