Is there a fast way to copy all my contacts from my blackberry to my sim card? I havent been able to figure this out yet

The answer is no. The only way to copy phone numbers from your blackberry to the SIM is one at a time. You will have to copy each phone number individually. (Yes, that means if you have 4 phone numbers on a single contact, each must be done separately.) There is also a limit to the number of phone numbers which can be copied to the SIM so if you have a large address book, you will need to be selective. (The one at a time thing would make me very selective. I have only emergency numbers on my SIM.)

SIM phone book support is really only there for people migrating from a "regular" phone to the BB.

Best practice once you're on the BB is to backup/sync to a PC. Don't count on the SIM phone book any more.

If you want to take your SIM phonebook to another phone there's really not a better method other than the one-by-one copy (unless the other phone can also sync with Outlook).
