Default Help with unlocked device and PIN

this is my first bb device, i decided to get it unlocked as i am going to transfer overseas soon. mean while i live in the US and i have service with tmobile.

My question is if i start a BB plan with tmobile do they need to know the PIN of my bb device? if yes in a month or so when i cancel my service with tmobile since i am moving permanently overseas, does t mobile have to some how release my PIN so the new carrier overseas can establish a BB plan for me?

I don't want to face complications establishing a BB service overseas for any reason? would that cause any issues

Once unlocked it should be unlocked for ever I had a tmobile pearl here before I upgraded I suggest you hold fire for a month and just use prepay or something this day and age I am surprise if Any carrier will do you a generic data plan without contract not here anyway
