What OS are you currently running? (Options > About)

If you're running the stock OS the device came with, there are plenty of beta OS's out there, they've all been discussed thoroughly in the Beta You Than Me forum.

Bad reception.. Does VZW have a good signal in your area in general?

Any phone (including a BB) is useless without a signal)
