Angry verizon and storm

I am about to throw my storm out the window.. I am sick of bad reception and dropped calls..Is anyone else going through this with Verizon and your Storm? Is there a upgrade i need? Quickly respond please, 30 day trial almost over.

Have you updated your PRL? check HOFO for the newest one.
