Default How to get rid of a prompt about "open local content"?

Please Login to Remove!

I installed some third party apps which need access some files on SDCard. The question is every time i run them, my BB will prompt me "The application xxxx (app's name) has attempted to open local content. Would you like to allow this?" In fact I have set all options of permission as "allow". What else can I do to remove the prompt? HELP! my BB is Bold 9000.

I experience the same annoyance. Of the 3 threads I am aware of mentioning this problem there has been zero response. Seems there is zero interest in this issue.

Hi, just edit the application permissions, under setting - advanced setting - applications.

bimed, Evidently you somehow missed the OP saying they had already done as you suggest. Naturally this is the first thing tried when attempting to remedy the situation, but alas, your suggestion has no effect on stopping this annoyance whatsoever. Which is precisely why the questions about it have been asked here, also to no avail. Seems there may be no cure. None has been suggested.
