One of my users is having problems with wireless sync not pulling in all the information about his contacts, and it seems to be getting progressively worse. I would like to wipe the unit and do a fresh activation, but there is information on the unit that is not on the server. Does anyone know if I do a backup with Blackberry DM, will it completely backup all the contact information?

Is there a better way to do this?

If you use DM to backup your Address Book/Contacts - it will indeed backup whatever is on your device, completely. Remember, within DM you have to ability to backup the entire device to your PC or selectively choose which databases to backup.
