I honestly do not know. I have never dealth with a "no commitment"phone. Normally, if you have an account in good standing that has been active for 90days they will provide you the unlock code for free. But Horizon Wireless can provide you the code regardless for a small fee, there is a discount for being a BBF member. You can call AT&T first and see if you can get it, if not you can talk to an unlocking service.
