My blackberry bold 9000 crashed yesterday morning and refuses to turn back on. i had an error screen for about 20 seconds then nothing, now the red light just flashes randomly in bouts of 4.
It has been crashing pretty regularly and freezes about twice a week - im on my last legs with it! i havent backed up or synched it to my computer - which is a mac.
I have tried to go through all the solutions on this site but cant seem to find any for Mac users. i have downloaded pocketmac but i cant find anything usefull on this and when i plug my BB in using the usb nothing happens and my mac refuses to recognise it.

does anyone have any advise - i think it must be a software problem but cant find anything to go by.
