Old Follow (newbie)

Two things:

Can some one please help me with the "blinking green light in the Storm?"

I have turn of the LED light and back on, and the green flashing light still on, this is the secound time it happens, (not sure how?).

I have sheck every thing I could think of (setting) but no aveil.

The other if any one has a easy biginers tips, please send it my way?

Go to Options > Screen/Keyboard > LED Coverage Indicator = Off.

But this is the secound time it happens, is there a reason for this light to come onn at is own?

and if I turn this light off, I can't see if some one has send a massege if I have the sound off?

That light will only blink when you're in coverage. It is not a notification of new messages/calls. Turning this off will not impact your notification LED.

I was still curios, ast why the light apear on the phone (need it to know) I call Verizon tech, the fellow said that has to do with e “notices of some kind”, mail, massage, something pending,

I check all the seatting I could think of (I am very newbie) so my espertise aren’t very good, so my question for the forum:

Is there any one in the forum specialise in the Storm that could help with this isue?

I believe this is covered in the user manual. However, I am not really clear on what you're asking. Here is a brief summary of each indicator.

GREEN - Coverage Indicator light. This lets you're now you are connected to a mobile network.

RED - You will see this indicator when you have a new email, new call/missed call, BlackBerry Messenger message, SMS, etc. This will continue blinking for about ~15 minutes after the new message is received, or until the message is read. Whichever happens first.

BLUE - This is the indicator to make you aware that you're connected to a Bluetooth device.

ORANGE - This is the indicator to let you know your battery is VERY low and needs to be charged immediately.

For the effort.

I new of the other lights, the green just came two times since I had the phone (3 weeks) and out of the blues two times came on (first time was on for 5 hrs and stop, this time I had to turn it off on your sugestion) if that would be the case (your explanation) the green light would had being on the other times right?

This is ware i am confuse, why only two times.

Sorry, I am just trying to understand (I did look the manuals).
