Hi, I have a blackberry 9000 (bold) and when I plug it into my computer, I am not prompted for mass storage use, and it does not show up in my computer.
Roxio media manager is too laggy to use.
I do have a media card in.

Here are my settings:

Memory Card Support: On
Encryption mode: none
Mass storage support: on
Auto enable: prompt

I have windows XP on this computer and I've tried it on my other computer which has Vista and still I cant access it using windows explorer.

Help anyone???

Assuming you do have Desktop Manager installed, right? Are you plugging in to a direct USB port on the back of the computer? USB hubs don't work well with the BlackBerry.
