Default Forcing policy.bin over BES policy?

Please Login to Remove!

lately my firm enabled automatic enterprise activation through BES, but I have my personal policy.bin I'd like to restore, so I have a few questions.

1) When is policy.bin actually loaded/refreshed by the BB?
2) After a wipe, is it possible to override/reject BES policy during enterprise activation using some policy.bin setting?
3) Do hacked versions of BB OS exist?

2) No
3) No

And the topic of hacking and restoring over an IT Policy is not popular with some people on this board.

...especially if you're in a corporate situation where you would be breaking your corporate security policies, thus possibly putting your corporation at risk.

i personally monitor my own servers and the policy application to see if there are any errors. if there is an error, and i know that it was due to something like this, then they would be reported to our Information Security department to handle.

companies shouldn't take lightly to users who try to skirt around and violate security policies, especially if its knowingly done.

just my opinion.
In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and is widely regarded as a bad move.
