Backlight Brightness dimmer than 10

Default Backlight Brightness dimmer than 10

Please Login to Remove!
If they can make amps that go to 11, I want to be able to set the backlight lower than 10.

Why you ask?

1) in low/no light situations, the screen is very bright even at the lowest setting of 10

2) reduce battery consumption
