|  Blackberry calendar to outlook sync issue

I have a user who is having problems with his appointmens and calendar events syncing to his Outlook. He is creating events from his Blackberry but when he does they do not sync into his outlook.
We are running BPS server as well, he can send/receive mail no problem but this issue seems to be the only problem he is having.
any ideas? |
