Default How do I report Email Server Abuse to Blackberry

Please Login to Remove!

I am trying to figure out who is sending some VERY disturbing emails to one of my friends. The person is impersonating my friend's sister that had a severe accident a few months ago and is now physically unable to communicate.

The person that is sending the emails has hacked my friend's sister's email account and is sending emails to all the users in her contact list (friends and family) via a blackberry device or possibly the just the blackberry network. I looked at the email headers for my friend, and I know the MessageID:
1905596129-1238458903-cardhu_decombobulator_blackberry.rim.net-1194040467- @ bxe1279.bisx.prod.on.blackberry

Now I just need to contact BlackBerry's support to ask them to track down the MessageID and see who is doing this.

The issues is, I have been to their site and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to contact their support center to get some help.

Anybody out there have a number to call or an email to contact, or a URL to fill out a form?

Thanks a ton,
- Mark

Not sure what can be done here, but you could try to contact your carrier and report it. Or perhaps the police department.

Also, I hope thet your friend has saved the e-mails, in case they are needed at some point for evidence.

Not sure if these folks will be able to help you out, but maybe they can point your email in the right direction. Here's the information from a DNS lookup for rim.net:
