Default restore deleted SMS messages

Please Login to Remove!

hi all, i am new to this forum but was wondering if someone could help. My boss has been keeping important information in SMS text messages on his blackberry. He hasn't been using desktop manager for backup or anything, however he did have keep forever selected in the user options assuming this would be sufficient. I am assuming its because he ran out of memory but now all texts older than 2 months have been removed this evening............is there any way to get these back either on the device or on the blackberry server?

any help would be great

Welcome to the forums.

Backing up the data on the device is always a good practice. In cases like this you could have restored the SMS database. But seeing as you have no backup, they're gone.
