Please Login to Remove!

I have a new BB Bold and I can't setup my email account. When I open the Email Settings, the BB take me to the Browser and does not allow me to create the email setup.

How can I create that setup???

Do you have a Blackberry Data Plan? Does it give you an error message?

Can you navigate to other sites using your browser? Try a battery pull while the device is on. After it has restarted try again.

Is the device used? Did you buy it unlocked from one carrier and then transfer to another? If it's the later you should be able to do it from a PC here:

You don't have to run the software to set up your email. Just go to the website in the link above for your carrier. Mac will work!
