Smile Need BB Messenger Help! Please!

Hey guys, I am trying to use BB messenger with a friend of mine, we have been using it back and forth with no problems for about 4 months now. All of a sudden it says he is "unreachable" and on his end it says i am "unreachable". We can text back and forth and both of our status' are set to "available". Does anyone know what might be wrong or hopefully how to fix this?? please help!! thanks!!

I have only seen this when one our more of the people talking is out of range of signal or is using very poor grps etc to be able to send messages on messenger.

I was having this issue Sunday but it got resolved Monday. Someone ended up calling RIM I think. I had a support ticket to call them, but you require seven digits and the girl at AT&T only provided six. The problem I was having was that I could not reach users in the UK, some other people had reported not being able to reach users in Canada and other parts of Europe. We confirmed that we weren't on our phones by corresponding through e-mails.

Maybe it is a capacity issue. If it becomes a major problem, call your carrier, as they can escalate the call to Research in Motion. On AT&T at least, you will have to jump through all the hoops before you are finally transfered to RIM.
