Default OWA account stopped working through BIS a few days ago...

Please Login to Remove!

Starting a few days ago I stopped receiving emails from my school OWA. I tried deleting and creating a new account in BIS several times; keep getting "Cannot connect to email server or invalid server name. Please verify the Outlook Web Access URL". I called IT and they said no changes were made and I verified my account name and url; same as before. I also have a OWA work account that works fine.

Thoughts?

Not sure if this will be of help, but a user on another board found he couldn't access his school email system because of a silly thing...He was entering the email address including www. When he entered it without the www prefix, it worked.

If you type it and include it, try leaving it off. If you aren't including it you might try it to see what happens.

A stab in the dark, but worth a shot....
