Cool How do I disengage BES to enable expert to CSV File

My BB is currently set-up with BB Enterprise Server (BES) synched with our corporate Outlook server. I recently took early retirment from the company but I foolishly neglected to back up my contacts stored in Outlook before returning my company laptop. My contacts are now stored on the Blackberry only with no back-up. I want to export my address book from the BB device to a CSV file so that I can upload the info to Gmail contacts.

When I tried to use the BB Desktop Manager feature under the Synchronize Tab to export the Address book to a CSV file, I got a message that I had to disable BES in order for the synchronize/export to work.

Can anyone tell me how to disable BES without wiping out the contacts in the BB so that I can export a CSV file using BB Desktop Manager?
