BB is stuck in roaming mode

I recently got my phone flashed over to Cricket - I pulled the battery off today to change out the housing, and now it won't work. It is stuck in roaming mode, and I can't figure out how to fix it. Does anyone know what to do?

Have you gone into Mobile Network Options and set it to "Home Only"?

Yes I have. It is still stuck in roaming mode. I don't want to have to go back to Cricket and pay them more money to fix. Any other ideas? I've been messing around with the "start provisioning" thing - and it says error 1012. There has to be a way to fix it myself...?
