E-mail Sent from Device Not Received
I have a BB 8830 and am running BES ver. 22.214.171.124 on Exchange 2003.
All messages from my Exchange mailbox (Outlook Inbox) are received on the BB unit without a problem. If I delete messages from my BB, they are correctly deleted from my Outlook Inbox as well (I have my delete options set to "Mailbox & Handheld").
The problem comes when I try to send e-mail from the BB - it does not get to the recipient (I have tested this by sending a message to myself). After sending, I see a red 'X' next to the message on the BB unit, but it never arrives in my Outlook Inbox.
I am sure this is some setting adjustment - I have 30 other BB users in the company and no one else seems to have this problem. Any advice?
Open that e-mail with the red X and it will tell you the error, that will help to find out why you can't send e-mails

When opening these messages, the Message Status reads: "Desktop Email program unable to submit message"
