Alt-o , Alt-i Not working
 

Is there a way to re-configure these keys and if so where is that option located?

Are you saying you cannot type a + or - sign?

Have you tried removing the battery for 30 seconds?

Has it gotten wet?

I'm saying i am unable to use Alt-o to see all outgoing..or Alt-i to see all incoming.

yes on the battery
no on it being wet.

Sounds like you may have to re-create the search for those items.

Go to Messages, press the menu key, then select Search. For the Show option set it to Received Only, and for the Type option select All. Press the menu key again and select Save. This will allow you to title the search, and set up a shortcut key. You can do the same thing to set up a search for the Sent Only.
