No BES; BB e-mail client is configured online (Nextel BB) as IMAP or OWA for each of the five BB's in this organization.
Exchange, by default, sets up not only
![[email address]](http://www.blackberryforums.com/?emailimage=cd7d80f54c3d4933d02e31af8ba39f22)
(primary SMTP address), but
![[email address]](http://www.blackberryforums.com/?emailimage=23862b6ba0f3343c4f09c11a6dbe4409)
(secondary SMTP address).
We have no issues sending e-mail via Outlook or other mail clients, internally or externally. The BB's have no problem sending to outside addresses. However, when BB User1 sends a message to User2 on the same Exchange server, it sends using the
![[email address]](http://www.blackberryforums.com/?emailimage=0ecf483a5ada661d803d93685ab942b3)
instead of
![[email address]](http://www.blackberryforums.com/?emailimage=99d414fda135e6772229cef403565264)
.
Why? How do I fix? Do I just have to remove the
![[email address]](http://www.blackberryforums.com/?emailimage=0ecf483a5ada661d803d93685ab942b3)
? If I recall correctly, this is (or used to be) necessary in order for users to access their messages remotely on a PC via OWA, so I'm not sure I want to start removing those.
