Default Forward Email As Is

Please Login to Remove!

If you receive an email on your blackberry that is on your hotmail account for example, and then you forward it to your work email from your BB, how do yu get it to send as it is meant to look rather than plain text and covered in links

Your work BB needs to have at least 4.5 OS and the BES (work BB server) needs to be at version 4.1.6.

Ok, so do you have HTML email enabled on that email account on your BlackBerry?

As Juwaack68 stated, BES 4.1.6 is needed to support HTML email. If your work email is going through a BES that is.

I have html enable and the html emails show up fine on the blackberry, the problem is is that when I forward the emails onto someone and they look at it on their hotmail account on their computer it shows as loads of links so it is not sending as html
