I am supporting 2 users that have the BB Rim. When they delete email from Inbox in Outlook (97 and XP) it doesn't delete from BB unless connecting usb and synching. They claim this wasn't happening before.
If anyone knows can you please point me in right direction?

What types of devices are these? Are they on a BES?

I have Desktop Manager and Redirector installed as client software. We dont use BES. (which I assume means Blackberry Ent Server).

Also what is email reconciliation?

E-mail reconciliation is when you delete from the desktop inbox and it also comes off the BlackBerry. Default setting is OFF, you need to change it for ON.

Is the reconciliation on the device, Desktop Manager or Redirector?

Its on the BB. Go to Messages, and click on the date, not the message, but the date, and go into options. You should see email reconsiliation. Go into that, and you should see delete on, ensure it is set to handheld and mailbox.

I checked the settings on BB for reconciliation and its set to handheld and mailbox. I tested it by sending a an email and then deleting it from mailbox it doesn't delete it from BB. Anything else that you know of??? Any help would be appreciated.
